Did Russia hack Ukraine’s power grid?→

The New York Times took a look at the recent hack that took out a good chunk of the Ukrainian power grid; evidently, the US government is investigating to find out who’s responsible, but if it turns out to have been Russia (like a good chunk of the Ukrainian government seems to think it was) they might just call it “no comment.” But the bit I liked:

Even after it has reached a conclusion, the White House might decide not to name the attackers, just as it decided not to publicly blame China for the theft of 22 million security files from the Office of Personnel Management.

“China didn’t hack the OPM,” said the White House then mouthed “yes they did.”
